The Academy
By enrolling on to this player centred football programme here in the football capital of the world, you will get the exposure and development that you wouldn’t usually have access to. By playing professional clubs, attending trials, being coached and directed by the best coaching staff, on fantastic facilities whilst obtaining a very good education gives you the opportunity to succeed within the game.
Our directors have over 10 years of experience in education, coaching and scouting, working with some high profile players and high profile academies in the UK. We know the requirements to excel in both the educational and football pathways.
We often hear stories of young aspiring players with the passion and potential to become professional players, who miss their opportunities because of the lack of outstanding football infrastructure in their local area or countries. It is important for player development that players have the best environment that offers top quality coaching, facilities and a games programme that is competitive. Learning about the importance of techniques, tactics, nutrition, physical conditioning and video analysis, will give any player the very best chance to fulfil their football dreams.
England is the best place to be not only for education but for youth football. There has been much investment into UK grassroots football here in recent years and it is now paying dividends with excellent results being achieved by the England team at youth levels through to the senior teams, both male and female alike. Furthermore, private schools are now becoming recognised as a previously untapped resource for club recruitment, with increasing numbers of young players being signed from private schools into professional clubs.
As Education is also vitally important, the programme caters for the academic needs of young players and strikes the right balance between football and education. We believe a student footballer is paramount to personal development. Our philosophy of Growing people before players is at the heart of the programme, hence our partnership with our independent schools with high educational achievements.

They are homely, yet practical, with plenty of leather seating and welcoming photos in the spacious communal areas, while the comfy carpeted dorms sleep between one and five
ADMISSIONS PROCESS
We register a limited number of players each season, so if you are interested in the programme, we suggest you submit your application as soon as possible

ASSESSMENT
USG will contact the player and the family to evaluate your application. This assessment will include an interview with the player and his family via Zoom.
NOTIFICATION AND ADMISSIONS PROCESS
USG will confirm the outcome of the process to the player and his family. If the answer is positive, A letter will indicate the deadline for the acceptance of the place, this letter will indicate how to apply for the education at LVS Ascot.Once the process for the application of LVS Ascot has been completed you will receive another letter welcoming you to the programme and key dates.
